You can use a Visa/ Master Card credit or debit card, a China Debit Card for our Asian clients, a bank wire transfer, Western Union, Money Gram, an E-Check or ACH on a personal or corporate account from any US or Internationally registered bank as well as a P.O. Box for mailing in your checks.

CAN I TRANSFER FUNDS FROM MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS INSTANTLY

Yes. You will be able to move funds from any of your accounts and sub-accounts instantly, as well as move funds to other iBankG accounts. All you have to do is list them in your iBankG account management page. Click on the account you want to withdraw from, choose the account you want to deposit the funds into and click; you're done.

HOW CAN I ORDER AN IBANKG GLOBAL CARD

Simply click on the Products tab and then click on the iBankG Global Card icon. Then click on the 'Order your card here!' under the card picture and follow the instructions. Remember, there are no credit checks and you will have the option to choose which iBankG account you want your Global Card to draw from. There is a one-time fee of $15.00 per Global Card ordered; however, there is no limit to how many you can order. Volume discounts are available.

HOW DO I ACTIVATE MY IBANKG GLOBAL CARD

To activate your Global Card please follow these instructions:

Log on to www.ibankg.com and enter the User ID and Password you selected when you created your iBankG Account.

Click on the 'My Account' tab located on the main menu bar.

Click on the 'Card' tab located on the left side menu bar. At the prompt, enter the 16 numbers printed on the front of your Global Card and then create a Personal Identification Number (PIN) by entering 4 digits in the field provided.

Click on the 'Activate PIN' button to register your PIN. Your iBankG Global Card is now active.

I FORGOT MY USERNAME OR PASSWORD

You can contact iBankG Account Holder Services at custserv@ibankg.com or click on the Live Chat box on the iBankG website. A customer service representative can unblock your login status and reset your password. You will be asked to answer required authentication questions to ensure the security of your iBankG Account before your login status and password are changed.
